Any chance you can add a different colour box to the Quicksearch facilty. I know it works, but people may not kinda know where to type the text and think it doesn't work. Maybe. Is it a stylee thing? I'm getting old.
it took me a solid month to find it but if people dont know its there theyll use the adv. search (like i used to do) if the box color is changed then it wont match the forum theme
If the box was in white it would match (well with my colour scheme). Can't it be angled. At least it would be a box.
The quick search button (i find) sux. I never find what i want (cos i am a picky git). Advance search it all the way. So as far as i am concerned, i hope no-one sees the quick search bit, and instead just uses the adv feature
you guys gotta be kidding me... i only discovered quick search and kept on searching first in it, then clicking on the >search> to go back to adv search... until recently i didn't find it.. i think its poifectly fine...
