Ok, I'll try to make this short since I tend to ramble. In X game, if i'm standing in X area, my frames will fluxuate around 72-76, if I turn the in-game limiter on to 72, i get fluxuations from around 66-71. I remember reading a while back somewhere about how some games don't react well when you turn v-sync or frame limiting on. Is this issue I'm having because of an interaction with my hardware? Or the game engine not reacting properly to how the in-game limiter is written? Or...?
