Hi, just woundering if there is a program other then the apcompat.exe of the suuport section on the win2k CD that allows you to "fool" the installation program for(instance) my Altec LansingADA305 speakers to install?
In their genious, AL has chosen NOT to develop a software version for win2K and rather:
"concentrating on the development of new speakers with more advanced technical features."
How much effort does it really take to rewrite a program to accept win2k instead of win95,98,NT4?
(Iactually have no idea)But I can't imagine it beeing such a big deal for Altec Lansing.
Anyways, any hints tricks and clues to fool this soft software.
