PSU+mobo question

    Hey Gurus!

    For my new ITX build i ordered a Corsair CX 430, and a Gigabyte GA-E350N motherboard. I wanna use sleeved extender cable, i ordered BitFenix 4-Pin ATX12V Extension cable.
    The PSU has 4+4 pin cable. Can i connect that 4 pin extension to it or i ordered wrong cable?
    (motherboard only needs a 4 pin)

    if the motherboard only needs 4-pin then you will be fine with a 4-pin extension

    This^...But why would you need an extension cable for ITX build?
