get any 140mm fan, i never saw special fans for PSUs :)
any 140mm fan will work, no matter its 4pin or three pin

i use to change 120mm fans(zalman 120mm fan 3pin) in some psu's, works till this day

if you're trying to find one for the Corsair in your specs...well best of luck is all I can tell you. Thats the Yate Loon high speed ball bearing model with 140cfm and I've not found one for sale alone anyplace in the world but perhaps a business could buy some in bulk from Yate Loon. The sleeve bearing version is available but not a great idea to install a sleeve bearing fan in a horizontal (PSU) orientation...albeit many cheap units do...and yes the fan is usually first to fail in them.

Your best bet is to either find a suitable replacement 140mm high cfm fan with good quality bearings...or to find a fried PSU with salvagable Yate Loon d14bh-12 fan (be aware not all have the high speed Yate Loon...many have the medium speed version d14bm-12...sh and sm are the sleeve bearing models)
