Yes, but that's a major part of online multiplayer. And, guess what, it's getting worse.
More people are playing online and their number will grow even further, while even more of them will have low tech skills and funky connections (wireless routers are one thing but wireless like LTE is a totally different story!).
So these issues are bad in any online game. Can't do much against that.

Between patches and gfx drivers they have improved the performance sustancially, now I can race at Brands Hatch with heavy rain and medium grass without noticeable fps loss from the start. It took them 3 months but better late than never.

Also I wonder why they didn´t put the audi and bmw DTM cars, DTM is quite popular and could easily replace some of the other cars.

 

Licencing

 

I doubt very much they need dtm licenses to reproduce audi or bmw designs.

 

"Designs"? They had the Audi already, more or less, and had to take it out because of that single reason.

Do you have any of the old GTL videos on your PC btw? I did burn them to DVD but can't find it.

 

Looks like a stupid move from SMS, wasting resources in something they didn´t ask permission for... should have worked in the bmw instead.

 

Really enjoying project cars just bought the DLC I already have 10 hours logged and that's a lot for me in only a week.

Been thinking about buying this game, but don't have even a controller atm, think I'd want a wheel and pedals for it

 

Yesterday I booted the game again. It says I only have about 18h of play, most of them spent failing to tweak the FFB. But after three big patches and a bit more messing about with the FFB settings I’m can honestly say – it makes me happy!

PS4 + T300RS + BMW Z4/ Evo X + Spa/Brands Hatch/Nordschleife + changing weather and time of the day = epicness!

or is the end game for the studio to rip us a new one while asking for more money with Project Cars 2 leaving this behind ?? :eyes:

I bought in on release day, and and according to Steam, I have exactly 81 minutes invested in it (most of those spent searching for the rest of the game thinking maybe I missed a menu or two that takes me there, and also trying to get a steady 60+fps framerate without any success even with my PC)
And I have loved racing sims all my life...... but this is easily most disappointing gaming purchase I've ever made
