    So basically this happens:
Installing windows 10 clean, doesnt matter which version 1809 or 1903 or 1909 or the insider one 2004.
After installing it the first updates that i get work just fine they install, after that any cumulative update is trying to install i get this error 0x800f081f, something about net 3.5 framework, ive tried with it installed, uninstalled doesnt matter update just dont work anymore, the cumulative ones.
    Any ideas?
    Windows is legit, not cracked.

Have you tried to use update troubleshooter?

    Looking at the error description
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...lation-error-0x800f0906-0x800f081f-0x800f0907
we can assume that the problem is in .Net Framework 3.5 installation. Which can mean that .Net Framework 3.5 is enabled in Windows Features. So you should go to "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features", click the link "Turn Windows features on or off" (on the left pane) and uncheck ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)" in pop-up dialog

removing .net via that won't work if the setup stuff is busted, he'll have to use the third party .net removal / repair tool

Make clean install. Then be sure that .Net 3.5 is not checked in the features. Then update and see.

Do you install from official ISO?

I've done exactly that yes the iso is from microsoft and 3.5 net framework isnt checked, after clean install the first cumulative update works after the first one let's say the next month one it's done it keeps giving that error. I have tried anything from restarting the msu update until clean install, doesnt matter first cumulative goes in and next nope, and i have a license for it so no cracking whatsoever totally legit...

    Command:

    dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /All /Source:e:\sources\sxs\ /LimitAccess
    ---------------------------------------
    How:
From your Windows 10 source files, copy the SXS folder from \sources.
Then paste it somewhere on your computer system (lets say: drive E)

then run the above command as Admin
    ---------------------------------
Or use this tool (dont know if it still works)

Alas, I have never seen such failure.
Have you tried to check the image health?

Execute "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth" in elevated command prompt.
Then execute "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth" - if command reports that the image is repairable then execute "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth"

The is should be clean as it's from microsoft directly, unless microsoft doesnt give clean isos then.

    Start Command Prompt as administrator.
When Command Prompt starts, enter the following commands:

    Net Stop bits
    Net Stop wuauserv
    Net Stop appidsvc
    Net Stop cryptsvc
    Ren %systemroot%SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
    Ren %systemroot%system32catroot2 catroot2.bak
    Net Start bits
    Net Start wuauserv
    Net Start appidsvc
    Net Start cryptsvc

After running the commands, check if the problem is resolved.

I'm gonna try a clean uninstall now see if after the first updates which i bet will install just fine if the next cumulative works or not and i'm gonna report back.

I think you have faulty disk hardware.
