Problem with PCI pin on classified?

I looked at the pins on my 1X PCI slot on my classified board and it appears as if it's shorted, bent but definately damaged.
Could this cause problems with my GTX295?

 

Have you tried the 295 in both 16x slots?

 

Should be ok, push in back into place.


First time I've seen that happen.....

 

Thanks, the GTX295 seems to be working ok but what problems would I be experiencing if it was not?

Dunno, reduced bandwidth probably, nothing to drastic..
