New Forceware driver is coming soon for sure.

 

How did you find that out? Anyway, nice find. I wouldn't have guessed that they'd come so quickly. Well, let's hope they'll fix the damn antialiasing bug. Very unlikely, but you can't give up hope, right?

What them really might fix is the issue with some AMD X2 CPUs and 7800 cards.

 

and for all those unlucky dudes with 6800/7800s and dual core cpus when working with opengl

DX10 hasn't been released yet and M$ is developing DX10, not Nvidia.

 

LOL! what for? is there any directx 10 game out there???? made me laugh though.

 

Apparently FW 81.98 are supposed to fix that problem. If they don't I'll just continue using my soft-modded to Quadro card and the FW 81.67 Quadro drivers, as they work fine with OpenGL applications (so they obviously knew about the problem before but only fixed it for Quadro users, who after all do mainly use OpenGL anyway).

 

I am not into the games like you pro are but I sure wish this update would fix or patch FS2004:cry:

 

hope it will fix NFSMW stuttering problem also....
