One of the two graphic cards (nvidia) get's its power limit set back to 100%,
I've got the same issue for last 2 months, never had this issue for years before.
really not good for mining (I set power limit around 70-80% normally).
    Any clue?
I use MSI afterburner v4.6.2.15631 beta 1 (had same issue with previous beta release).
I use windows 10 version 1903. <- Is that the guilty?
Nvidia driver 431.36 (same issue with previous driver)
I have the same effect on 4 different machines.

I have ticked the locker and that seems to solve the problem.

At least you found the solution. By chance... did you read the pop-up tool tip of the locker icon?

I wrote the french translation ^^
The lock is supposed to prevent any change of the settings by mistake,
not to prevent the settings not to be properly loaded on next startup.

It has zero relation to "not properly loading settings at startup" and it doesn't fix that this way, that's the _only_ comment I'll leave here

Problem appeared once this week with the lock on one machine,
so that helps but this is not enough.
