    My new theme!

I just installed CM7 with the savaged zen kernel. So far so good. Lets see if my battery lasts me any longer at work tomorrow. Its blazing fast.....gave my phone some new life! Lets hope CM9 has a stable launch so I can get me some ICS love.

Ahh I miss my Evo sometimes...If I were to go back to Sprint, I would easily pick up another HTC phone. :D

yeah unfortunatly the only htc phones they have that are worth a crap is the evo 3d and thats not saying much. htc needs a new flagship phone REALLY bad. im waiting until next year to see whats coming out. I was thinking about getting the Galaxy S2 but I think I will wait and see what HTC brings next year....mabey some quad core love and a 4.7" screen? YES PLEASE!

@Anshul- Why dosent sprint carry the Note?! I would love a phone like that! How does the size feel? I know its a huge phone, (5.2" right?) but how is it in your pocket?

To stay on topic: what theme is that? I love the launcher icons at the bottom.

AT&T is going to carry the Note with the Snapdragon S3 instead of Samsungs SOC. Not sure if Sprint is planning on getting the note, the next best thing is the Galaxy Tab I guess but not really a phone.

Yes, Google has officially released Android 4.0 for the Google Nexus S, though only for the I9020T model. I9020A and I9023 still needs to wait.

It's incredibly smooth, I uninstalled Opera right after I tried the stock browser as the stock browser is silky smooth unlike the broken mess it was in 2.3. It also comes with a much better memory management, in 2.3, it had a hard time killing off apps that I haven't used in a long time, and that caused choppiness since those unused apps are using precious RAM. Android 4.0 seems to know when to kill it off automatically, haven't needed to force quit apps to free memory... Though there are some quirks, auto brightness doesn't work that well, some apps can't use the LED flash and the phone never seems to stop charging when plugged into the wall (with 2.3 it stops charging and holds charge at 96%).

Can I just say that doesn't look good enough?

:D I love it actually, what's the theme name and does it work with the 3gs?

I got tired of not knowing exactly how much battery life I had left therefore modified the battery icon to show the percentage with a glowing circle that depletes as the battery goes down along with the numerical value. Much cleaner looking.

First off backup with Clockwork mod recovery as I didn't get it the first time. Follow the directions here it's battery K I'm using.

It's basically involving modifying the SystemUI file on TouchWiz. I'm on an aftermarket ROM (unNamed ROM) but you can do it on a stock rooted ROM. Here's how it progresses.

When charging it'll alternate showing the battery percentage with that lightning logo it's really groovy. This should have been the stock battery meter. Next, if I get adventurous enough I may just tweak the icons for wifi / HSDPA+ etc to have neat color effects.
