barewell1992 - I'm happy to see another serious DH/FR mountain biker around here, love the posters man! Downhill mountain biking is the only thing I spend more money on than my computer, lol! What do you have for a bike? To get back on topic, are those speakers running off of your computer or only from the stereo on the right above your desk? Last but not least, before reading your actual post I was thinking "man that monitor looks small on that desk", please post new pictures with new larger monitor, sure it looks much better now!

Since I've now commented on many of your setups I figured its time I post my own "gameroom/station pictures", please take it easy on me guys (my apartment isn't very nice but its cheap), lol!

This is my living room, computer/gaming room, kichen, and mountain bike workshop!



Since this takes up a large part of my computer gaming room I thought I'd post it!

 

now thats my type of house lol and im wating till christmas for monitor getin samsun t220hd and ye the sterio is linked to my pc ,ipod and will be linked to new monitor as it has bilt in free view tuner

off topik i have an azonik evo 2 magura phaon forks geting some wotans hope m4 205mm disks back and front erm shiman xt shadow rear mech erm halo sas 26 rear 48 spoke (hehe bomb proof) mavic ex721 front on deor hub ( thats shot need new one) only thing is the frames quite big as im nearly 6ft1 so needed growing room so bike dosent look that great ohh and its silver only colour chainreaction had.

nice specialised i realy wanted that frame hows it hold up for free ride???


on topik what monitor do you have

 

kinda looks like a Gateway monitor.... but the bezel looks like matte plastic with the EZ-Touch touch-sensitive buttons along the side.... and only seen that on Gateway's latest monitors which have a glossy bezel. So.... i dunno. Could still be a Gateway. Kinda looks like my previous-generation Gateway widescreen.... minus the EZ-Touch buttons.

Great job Elemental, its indeed a FPD2485W 24" monitor, its the older style monitor. As you mentioned the new Gateways have a different bezel. To be honest I like this older style Gateway because its has a better panel (s-PVA)), not the cheaper (PN) type on the newer style. In anycase I've had it for almost 2-years and its given me zero problems and works great!

barwell1992 - Thanks for telling me about your bike and upgrades (those upgrades are going to be sick man)! To be honest this SX-Trail II is perfect for FR'ing and some lite DH (7" in the rear and the Fox 36 Float is 6.3"). Its running a Fox DHX5.0 Coil which was an upgrade from a Fox DHX 5.0 Air and its much better I think for the type of riding I do. I wish I could get some M4's but my Juicy Sevens were a nice upgrade over the crappy Hayes Nines I was running before (203mm up front and a 185mm in the rear). Well I better get back on topic before I get in trouble, thanks again man for telling me abotu your ride!

Hi TooRiski, how the heck do you game/use computer in the Ikea 'Poang' chair and stool? I have the same ones (different colour) and all I want to do in that thing is take a nap!
