where did you get those speaker stands and how much?
that's what i'm wondering. would love to have stands for the rear speakers, rather than having them sit on a wooden chest.
j.rhy@n.....Nice gaming room!
How are you liking battlefield bad company? I saw my bro playing it the other day, looks pretty fun.
Awesome multimedia room, j.rhy@n!
Its ok, I'm hoping 1080p is supported in the full version...
Its a little laggy online, but we shall see if they iron the problems out..
My Room sorry about the IQ i am using a cell 2.0 mega pixel cam.
Sony 32in HDTV 1080p 120hz with 24hz cinematic motion this is a great ass HDTV great colors
Samsung HT X50 1000w home theater great when having DD 5.1 or DTS 5.1 on.
HD Cable 1080i support
My baby my 40gb PS3
This is an old pic, it doesn't have my new G11 & mx518 mouse in it or my speakers.
D: Do want.
lol. I read your earlier post about you possibly getting a MacPro. What happened? They are great for gaming now btw. But if your getting one just for gaming I wouldn't. I'm going to build my next rig. Only get one if you MUST run OS X. I must run OS X (need Final Cut & Logic for work) so therefore the MacPro.
Car accident...The money being saved for a Macpro had to go to that sadly...So, I saved up some money and bought stuff for this computer...=[
But a quad core 2.8 Xeon would do fine for gaming, also a 8800GT. Ati is coming out with the 3870 for Mac/PC, and there are kexts out there to get the 9800 series on the Macpro. I like Os X more than I do Windows though, But I can't afford a Mac. If I could, I'd bootcamp Vista on it, or use parallels for games. But, some games that I do play are on MacPro, like Quake Wars is. But then others, like Phantasy Star universe, sadly Segas support for apple...Is terrible. D:
Sorry to hear about the accident. I hope no one was hurt.
Yah I think it's gonna be a while before we start seeing better & more Mac/PC hybrid games. Although it should start picking up considering the gfx cards we will soon have available for our beloved Macs.
*Wow that 3870 may be my next card, not a huge ATI fan, but with the limited choices for Mac it's the best so far. You know it's just going to be 100$ more for the mac version, just like the 8800. booooo!
The 3870 is suppose to go for retail price $210, which isn't bad for it. But actually, no one was hurt, it was a hit and run...Guy right next to me in a big truck swerved right into me, bent my front fender on the left, and knocked my bumper and my light out. I didn't get a chance to get his plate either...=[
But I don't think Apple is really interested in the gaming community, I think publishers like EA and Activision are interested in expanding their products and support.
Away from my apartment and desktop computer until august, so this is my desk at my parents until I get back again:
Incredibly crappy desk that I've had since I was 7 years old. It's held together by tape and extra screws
The old ones are the best ones
ok here is mine
Here a update using a phone cam.
Yup that how good the IQ is on that HDTV is and you got to see it in action.
im sorry what HDTV is that you're using? i am interested :>
What do you use that device on top of your right speaker for? Hookah Hero or Hookah Band?
Ugh.... my sister borrowed my EOS 400D so i had to use my cellphone camera :wanker:
Also, the small TV will be out of here in a week. I'm getting myself a new one
