Ok guys, I just changed Internet provider (today, actually).
Went from cable 20/1 mbps to fiberoptics 100/10 mbps (and they give me 20, hmm).
Edit: It includes TV + Internet. The router allows 4 PCs trough Ethernet and a couple more trough Wireless. So far I noticed the bandwith IS NOT divided, everyone has max speed
67E a month thats including tv and phone altough phone is free accept the usual per minut cost
I hate Rogers. I dislike Canada in general. I'm here with my girlfriend, but we're planning to move back where I live in the US.
Just switched to these yesterday (O2), all i can get here.
This is mine.does the job tho so cant complain. My bro has virgin cable and gets 10 mb download and 1mb upload all day everyday.
£7.50 per month (9 Euros or 11.5 Usd)
True Unlimited, Unmanaged, Unthrottled.
Actually is has a fair usage policy of 80GB faik.
my uncle's 1337 & frequently throttled (especially for torrents) connection
& my University's ultra 1337 connection:
Sky LLU (easynet network) is unlimited, no fair usage policies, no throttling.
Maybe ur confused with the none LLU service "sky connect" which uses BT''s crappy IP stream still.... ??
Ps ur post dated 27 aug, where were you when you did that speed test ? I'm not aware of any residential services in your (our) part of the country offering those kind of upload speeds ??
Ahh right yeh LLU that makes complete sense just googled it they lifted the fair usage policy 2 years ago haha
I was in the apple shop and i did a speed test for a laugh to see what they where running
