Updated, learnt how to run two different wallpapers without external software, The wallpaper on the right had a white background and I changed it using colours from the other one, the wallpaper on the left was 1920*1200 so I had to edit it a bit and change the aspect ratio and modify the sides to get it to 1920*1080, I think I did an ok job.
thats a good song your itunes is playing in the screenshot
It is, had that album on repeat for the last 3 hours, I love Taylor Swift.

How does one go about making a desktop like this?
another change for me
Rockin' the Bioshock2 wallpaper.
hahah, i love it
@Amaze,Posted that awhile back, using Vista, stardock object desktop ultimate which consist of Windowblinds, icon packager, desktopx.
I'm also using Objectdock plus, the wallpaper is from gamewallpaper.com,hope that helps anymore info let me know.
here is a shot of my recent desktop, still keeping it simple
Thanks Krayz, I installed objectdock and made a drawer dock.
My only beef with it so far is that if I add a shortcut to a game that is from steam it will not show the game icon but only steam icon.
Found some gadgets as well, been using vista/win 7 for 6months and didn't know they existed lol.
Where can I get your network monitor and gpu monitor? Do you know any good harddrive monitors as well? The ones I found were all bugged, they kept accessing the floppy drive nonstop.
^ You should be able to change the shorcut icon for those Steam apps
I can do it manually but I have no idea where the game icons are located.
