Can also barely understand him, he speaks like he has a sponge in his mouth.
I'm wondering if eventually they'll end up combining DLSS 3 with something like VR's "Asynchronous Reprojection" -- Linus and 2kliksphilip made videos somewhat recently on the subject and it might be interesting to see if Nvidia's AI approach could help address some of the artifacts associated with that technique. Not sure if it'd work or not, but I'm surprised we've only seen AR used in VR at this point.
Played a few of the early test chambers and I'm really enjoying Portal RTX. Nice having an excuse to jump back into a great game Initially I'm surprised just how heavy this title is, but I guess I shouldn't be at this point as RT is usually quite expensive. With DLSS 2 Balanced (1440p balanced) + RT settings set to values pretty much in between High and Ultra I get 30-48-ish FPS with the GPU pegged to 100% usage on my 5800X/3070 rig. Playable with Reflex and all, but its quite heavy.
Modders have been busy dropping the dll's into other games with some success it seems - hl2, max paine, swat 4, ut2004.
This is before the proper modding tool even gets released.
