I have a 7600GT CO and I've noticed some strange popin and level of detail issues since I got the card a while ago. In games such as HL2, CSS, BF2, and just recently Company of Heroes, I notice lots of popins when I zoom in, get closer, or scroll towards an object. Also, when zooming in, the more detailed textures instantly popin on an object, and it looks pretty funky. No drivers seem to fix this.
