Keep posting and possibly create a thread for your app. It will be stickied in no time I'm sure.

Yes, I think I'll create a thread dedicated for Polaris BIOS modding. It will be easier to receive feedback and improve upon the editor.

Maybe you should both work on the same project as right now there's 2 projects with the same name on the same version.

Sucks newegg is completely sold out of 480s.

Guess Ill sadly have to wait for the Sapphire Nitro to launch.
Be fun messing the bios of an AIB card.
    When do the AIB launch?

The Sapphire will at least have a bios switch, unlike the reference design.

    Just a quick note:
Don't flash the 128kb rom files, it will brick your card.
Only use the ATIFlash backups with 512kb size.

the moment the first comprehensive threads about the 480 bios modding are up (like for example modding from 4 to 8GB...) is the moment i will click on the "check out" button ;)

I'll admit I do not fully understand what people are talking about...but the above thread seems to show that most...like 99% of the stuff spewed about the RX 480 is false....even TH in their follow up, missed the boat? That this looks like a simple error by AMD and an easy fix?

this is mainly for flashing desired vcore/fan to bios and not having to mess with wattman anymore.
also possibly may unlock 8GB on 4GB versions that have full physical memory configuration = 8 x 8 Gbit chips

About the power deliver split between the PCI-E and 6pin being 50/50. I have read that the delivery favored the PCI-E.

    yup!
well we are going to see if this is done by a BIOS or something else, as soon as amd lets us know about their "fix". maybe they have the possibilty to do something like 40% slot / 60% connector. would be a relief for many normal people and mainly it would stop the bashing of aggressive people.

this wasnt mentioned or topic of this thread tho'
