Nice, gonna give these a go.
I never liked PhysX, but somehow this changes it,
This is perfect timing with the Batman Arkham Asylum 1.1 patch that should fix PhysX in the game? Hopefully it does work well with this new physx driver?
Nevermind got its
That's good idea) I'll add mirror links to news post, if any kind people could make them.
offer still open)
Do please.. i got massive corrupted file download from physx web
@HaZe303: it does work well with batman 1.1, I checked it now haven't benchmarked though..
@zaft: I also had some network error at installation. I don't know what it is, but at least the driver works.
Rapidshare mirror ready)
That's interesting - no errors during my install. And what does your say ?
No error here either........................
to the OP good find!!
Now I NEED a good game to test this on.................
Thank you sir Zogrim for mirror. no error after install from rapidshare
my mistake... I had a "network error" during installation but I had not uninstalled previous physx driver, so it probably got messed up.
also couldn't uninstall the new one completely after that.
I used some driver sweeping & registry cleaning and reinstalled,
no problem now, installed & works flawlessly, win7 32bit
btw: are there any benefits when using a 64bit OS with this set ?
you are on win7 32bit and even the title says..................wait for it.................64bit
no wonder you got an error............................
edit: Never mind...................i didn't read that these are still compatible....................rack that up to the beer you had in your post......................LOL
at me: :stewpid:
"64bit ready". I guess this means supporting both 32 & 64
anyway, problem solved. and it does work fine on 32bit
hey Zogrim, your work is much appreciated. kudos to you !!
awesome! cryostasis and fluidmark actually works now
Here is a rapidshare link:
EDIT: ohh sorry didn't see that a rapidshare link was already posted at the site. I'll leave this up incase some people miss the other rapidshare link.
So, with the installation path changed, do we still need version 8.09.04?
Judging by the file size it's only an update, correct?
^Taken from 9.09.0814 release notes.^
8.09.04 is the last version to offer drivers and demos for the AGEIA PPU PhysX 100 card whereas later versions like this one only contains the PhysX runtimes, if you have a AGEIA PPU you need 8.09.04 first to get the latest drivers for it but if you already have them you won't need that version.
(Ofcourse you won't need it if you have a CUDA NVIDIA GPU capable card like a 8600 and above.)
somehow i have this i odnt know how. but my nvidia panel says i do. or are this different cause they are 64bit but still use same number?
edit, just cheked in control panel and mine say 32 bit guess ill download this then
