I would say there are possibly 12 memory chips, there aren't any "spare" pads, so one must be blurred, for the 24GB model...
    400W ?
Going to be expensive, for sure.

GDDR6(X) on the both sides of the PCB this is going to cost a lot.
Even a full waterblock is going to cost a fortune.
My MSRP bet is for Ti $1299 for founders, $1199 for AIB.

LOL at the extent leaks are concealed. Nvidia has gone all out in ways to ID their cards and who has them to prevent unauthorized leaks.

    It doesn't have one.
There is a co-processor thingy on the other (back side) side of the PCB and something just covered that up chip by using an Intel CPU.
I mean this is what I've read about it

My old gtx 280 had a heat spreader but that one looks like it was ripped off an Intel cpu just to cover up the info on the GPU

Yeah. It will be hot and cooked like gtx480 with superior raytracing instead of tessellation this time around. Same vibes and story all-over!

Maybe use DLSS to upscale and clear the image?

The GPU has identifying numbers that can be traced to who has it. Thats why it was concealed.

I know this, but why place an IHS over it to cover the lettering but then blur out the IHS?

    That's not 3090 - that's the upcoming Intel GPU!

Three 8 pin PCIe and that's 450+75 Watts right there gents. AMD won't be the joke source for power hungry cards anymore!

3090 ? what happened to 3080 TI ?...a 90 ending used to signify double GPU in the past, like the GTX 590 and 690
