So guys since I didnt get answer yet,
    I'll try focusing the question:
Can you tell me is upgrading to 965 is viable option for me? or is that a door to lots of problems and no stability? in which case I guess you'd recommend 940?
Or is 965 only harder to configure and once thats done its stable?

I ran into a lot of problems in the beginning, but now it's more or less stable. Still not really totally happy with it, but it works.

But like Wiz said, the new Bios is on it's way, so I hope it will fix most of my problems, then it's a no brainer.

    Thanks,
    What kind of problems?
I like running my comp 24/7, will there be stability issues, at least until he releases new bios?

The only urgency for me in getting 965 now is cause I want to play the new AVP during upcoming holidays in few days :)
    Will it be stable enough?

EDIT: also, could I be pointed to a guide what I'd need to tweak and do to get 965 working? I might get it today or tomorrow... ideally I would like to be in store doing that, if its not working, not to buy it...

Most of the time it's no problem and I can game for several hours.
But it happens that my system freezes and I have to hard reset it...having problems booting for a couple of times, and then it's fine again...

But it's not like it freezing everyday, so it's definately not such a big issue.

Edit:A couple of pages back you'll find everything you need :)

    Thanks!

Is this the right one to order?
    OPN Tray HDZ965FBK4DGM
    OPN PIB HDZ965FBGMBOX

Also, do you think Thermaltake BIG WATER 760i will be compatible? it says fits AM2, and this is AM3...
And is it powerful enough to later cool the video card , ram and HDD as well?

Guys just to be sure.. the 965BE is also for M2N32-SLI not just the M2N, correct?

The "latest" 1804 bios almost seems a step back from the 5001 bios. It has the Asus AI screen and the music alarm, so while it fixed a specific problem it may not have the new CPU compatibility.

Asus mislabeled that bios but if you look internally (within the bios) it is for our motherboard. I have installed it without any problems.
