Same here ! It's pretty insulting when Konami release a great version of MGS 5 for PC but PES is really very poor in comparison.
Looks like some nice improvements in 17', instant buy for me (pc version). Bought a ps4 just for Pes 2016 and noticed zero difference with pc version in the gameplay so got a refund. Much better for me as I can edit so much more in pc version.
things that need to be fixed: -no fouls recognized by referee -shot variety non existent, ball physics feel like beach ball, trajectory etc -defensive awareness -we need to have either 1 assist for shooting or manual, not 3 options... -goalkeepers a major issue(need new animations, remove the slowmotion jump save whatever)
The problem with PES is that instead of fixing gameplay flaws during PES 2016's lifecycle, they wait for the next version and promote the fixes as new features. As for the PC version, it was a complete mess. From the delay input and cheaters in MYclub, to the Last-Gen DX9 visuals.
Konami Asia (Hong Kong) released an article today which contains a few new small screen-shots. http://www.konami-asia.com/news/20160614/WE2017_CNT.pdf (not in English) In the pdf, it mentions something about Edit. It's about sharing and saying that PS4 players can transfer data via USB conveniently, including the teams and players created.
I don't normally judge a game by a teaser but,IMO! Both FIFA & PES have failed to impress from what I've seen, so far. PES still suffers from "skating feet" bug. Guess we'll have to wait until August for Gamescom. Konami need to get It right this year because they have been using the FOX Engine for 4 years. EA will be under less pressure because they can use the "New game Engine" excuse to justify any shortfalls.
Same as last year, another Last-Gen port for PC Gamers and for Xbox one, <1080p and extremely limited kit editing. PS4 gamers get the best version for 3 years running.
I'm a firm believer that companies like Konami should produce a multiplatform game to the best of their ability. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case with PES. As I stated in my previous post, since moving over to current-gen PES has been significantly superior on PS4 than any other format. I'm fortunate enough to own a PS4 but doesn't stop me from being troubled by the seemingly lack of effort on PC and even XBOX ONE.
