Couple questions: Does the PCI Delayed Transaction function in the BIOS affect PCI Latency Tool at all? I've heard people say that you have to keep the program open all the time in order for it to do anything. Is that true? Would there be any harm in setting the latency for my videocard through something like ATI Tool and then using PCI LT for the rest? Lastly, PCI Tool finds my videocard, but only the secondary display driver like LIQ (I'm using the same card), and if I disable the secondary, it doesn't find my videocard at all. Also, something else that's odd. It lists the Radeon 'and' my SiS AGP port, and both have different latencies. The Radeon secondary display was set at 32, and the AGP port was set at 64.
