    You have 16 GB of ram, and a SSD, which is nice. I was going to suggest that perhaps the part of the game related to the benchmark was sitting on your hard drive all nice and sequential, while the regular game was running off of fragmented data. But that won't apply to your setup.

    I suppose it's worth considering if the benchmark is cached in ram, while the game is using data that has to be loaded off the SSD. Games shouldn't stutter from accessing such a fast drive, but afaik it does sometimes happen.

    P.S. A bit off topic but I can remember back in the last millennium, when playing Unreal Tournament, many of us would load a level into memory before starting a match. You would just fly around until all the textures had been revealed.

    Try to turn MSI mode for 3 devices with positive IRQ numbers (and do not forget to reboot).

    I watched your CS:GO video but I failed to notice any stuttering.
    Btw, I saw rare occasions here on Guru3d when MSI Afterburner and RTSS caused minor stuttering.

    On csgo it happens most often when i start shooting or switch weapons or just when im walking around, its not as common on csgo then it is on for example multiversus
    ill try deleting msi afterburner and rtss and see if that does anything

    Not deleting. Try to stop them. I meant that some gurus reported that they solved stutters by stopping monitoring apps.

    It can be that footage recorded on PC itself does not capture the stutters, only the camera footage do.

    It's not nearly as bad on csgo as it is on multiversus but its definitely there, or maybe im just going crazy

    Do you see stuttering in your captured footage - just like in life when you play the game?

    As for USB, you can try to do following things:
    - try to plug mouse and keyboard to every port available - some ports can be better than others;
    - try to disable unused USB controller (I see two AMD controllers on MSI tool screenshot);
    - try to limit the USB controller (AMD ones) to 1 IRQ in MSI tool.

    @doom_8782

    Have you applied some tweaks before you posted here at Guru3d?
    What are your BIOS settings? For example, does your rig use CPPCv2 feature - so called “preferred core”? What are settings for P-states and C-states?

    That would be very interesting.
    So then its Monitor, Game, Driver Settings, GPU settings relationships.

    Maybe lower your resolution and try in Window Mode.

    I don't know why people can't see the stutter. Both of the OP's gameplay vids clearly show frametime spikes.

    Frametime spikes are not stutters in gameplay - they are just a graph (in the corner).
