Hi how hard would it be to say patch mgpu into any vulkan game? or would it be impossible?
Probably not because Sli\CF is finally gonna die in the next couple gens.
Was hoping someone could make a universal vulkan mpgu patcher, but I guess not, it's probably hardcore technical.
What if Microsoft hardcoded mgpu in to directx 13, meaning every game dev could make a game and it would out of the box support mgpu?
Tbh that would be really good, for example if a GPU is 3x slower than the main one, let it render only 1/4 of the screen. (or whatever scale... just make a short auto benchmark and scale the game resolution to the need)
Sounds dope, bet you there's a really smart guy who will do it?
Why not Deep Learning MGPU or Deep Learning virtual MGPU just have AI direct all available units.
