    Hi!

I put together a 755 rig today from some old spare parts I had lying around and problems aroused as soon as I hit the power button!!

When I power on the computer it starts but the fans, especially the CPU fan runs very slow and after a few seconds it turns off and boots back up and the fans continue to run slow, but now on the second boot it doesn't power it self off, just runs in an endless loop.

No boot screen, nothing on the display. Tried different RAM sticks, tested with two gfx card, still nothing.

    MB: P5Q Deluxe
    CPU: Core 2 Quad Q9550
    GFX: GTS 250 1GB, 8800 GTS 312MB

    Thoughts?

The system is overheating from a heatsink fan that is probably dead. Try popping in a new cooler.
