Never too late to get back into it man. I really let myself go over the last few years but have recently joined the gym again and even just doing basic fitness and strength stuff at the moment has me feeling so much better.
This, also to answer thread question, my "max" was 57.5 kgs, since that's the biggest dumbbell in my ****ty gym. Not a fan of this exercise though, it's good for stretching I suppose...

no problem mate thanks for comment hi mate well my sizes are 15.7" arms 25" thighs i can decline bar-bench 100kg ive not flat benched a bar for months i use dumbbells and i do 2x 42.5kg, as for arm curling i can do standing preacher curl 8@ 40kg i do these with negative reps also so steady and slow on up/down movements im 14stone and 6 foot 1

Sadly, both my rotator cuffs are messed up (three surgeries) and ATM, my left tendon feels as if it has pulled away from the bone, again. I'm quite limited in my exercises, but my cardio is very good.
Thanks. I think I'll be doing mostly curls and chins for awhile...and my 50 pushups before my workout - as long as I'm able.
