Hi Ray, for start, thx for your super program, im ising it many years, i havent problem at all, but since i bought my new laptop i have some issues.

    So, its Dell Studio 1555 ( P8700,ATI 4570 512MB GDDR3, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, Windows 7 x64 )

If i enable some SW tweak in instalation of ATT then i can see clocks and voltage, but if i want change for exemple clock of GPU or voltage - nothing happend.

So my question is, is some way to overclock ATI mobility radeon 4570?
Generaly i dont want to overclock , but underclock, because GPU at iddle osciles bettween 200 - 300Mhz and if i do some hard work in 2D it reaches its 3D clock to 680MHz, if im watching DXVA videos - clock at GPU is 600MHz ! And GPU load is only 10%. So it will be nice to have all the time at 2D only 150MHz on GPU and only if i play game it reaches its 3D clock ( automaticaly or in profile )

Theres is system info of ATT, i hope, there is some way to underclock it ...

    ATT Version 1.6.9.1435

No support , sorry :) I have Toshiba with 4570 too, but I see no reason to overclock this board at all :)

i dont want to overclock it, only problem is that if temperatures reach 55 degrees of celsisus fan spins and after that some time is temperature bellow 55 and after fan spins again, so this is problem, if can can underclock GPU tempatures will be fine. Another thing that i mentioned is that GPU speed osciles in 2D 200 , 300, 600(DXVA) - so same clock of GPU will be better, but... is bad that isnt supported, but its hard to add support for it? I know that overclocking GPU on laptop is bad idea, but i dont want it, i want only underclock for better temperatures, noise and battery life

This is CPU cooler not GPU. Same on my laptop. BTW there are no way on my 4570 to monitor GPU temperature at all.

You can overclock with Techpowerup GPU tool (but it's a bit buggy software)...
    My 4650 Default: 550/700 I can overclock to 650/800, maximally: 680/860

If you install proper catalyst package and enable PowerPlay, you clock in 2D will very low and so temperature. My 2D clocks is 220,00/300,00. Almost all integrated video chip has no active cooling, no fan.

This oscillations are feature of buggy BIOSes since HD4800 series was introduced. I believe only way to properly underclock it would be editing bios with RBE and trial'n'misses about proper gpu/memory clock relations (hd4870 gddr5 issue) even thou afair 4500 series had gddr3 only so it's less buggy from that point.

btw. there's not so much power preservation in pure underclocking it cause it already works only under 10% load so 60% load on slower clock wouldnt help much and most BIOSes doesnt allow voltage to go below certain limits (on desktop cards) and it's a too much fuss for you as end user.

So better forget about a whole thing cause it wont save much of your battery (maybe 1W even deeply undervolted) cause notebook stuff is alredy cherry picked for lower consumption and RV710 (hd4350/4550 desktop) already only consumes up to 20W in desktop variants and under FM burn. In 3D load it's maybe not even 15W and in 2D/UVD is pretty much as in idle mode 3-5W i believe. I'm referring to desktop parts ofc.
