The worst part of that is words on shirts. I don't think before I talk, it's one of my flaws. Example: Me: Old Navy...... Her: What are you looking at perv?! Me: I was readi-....... agh
when I go to a store and I ask a girl that works there I don't look at her name tag cause I don't want to be put on blast because she thinks i'm looking at her hooter but there had been times I have done that cause are pretty big and I also got a look at their big booty's.like that one rapper made a rap song saying I like big booty's and can not lie lol
Yeah it depends on the state. 16 is the average though, just don't try and take them across a State line - cuz it's a Felony...lol Makes things difficult when you live in IN and want to take your 17 yo GF to Six Flags in Chicago.. Obtw - ever hear of the term "Friends w/ benefits".....
My mom took me to see KISS when I was 9years old, back in '78. Your post brings back good memories. When does the age of consent become less about the consenting 16 year old, and more about the lecherous 40 year olds who want to bang a naive teenager? The laws are there to protect, not to punish.Miley can tease all she wants, but it's about guys like me that these laws exist :wanker:
This is a weird thread, the main post especially, why an adult would pay such close attention to how a 16 yr old girl dances and obviously by the post has watched the video in great detail, is a bit off imo, and that they would know so much about the girls photographic past. Its not the videos that people should be worried about, it is the people who interpret them that is the problem, so what if a girl is dancing and moving her hips, how else do people dance? And the lyrics, so what? 99% of songs are full of suggestive innuendos but no-one outside of the video is supposed to take them seriously, this is starting to sound like the whole, rapping makes people violent, violent computer games make people violent etc etc.. If you are the type of person who is suggestible to media, then don't watch it, simple. If you are worried that your child is watching things like this and is being influenced by it, your right, welcome to planet earth, its not a question of protecting children from this, it is a question of educating them to a stage where they understand it is only a video / computer game, and not real life.
**** yeah!!.... I'll need some hook-ups for when I come over for Trance Energy... Are the Dutch girls as hot as the ones on the TE videos??
Pics or it didn't happen And even if it didn't happen, I still want pics It's ok, I don't live in the US now anyway (16 there though). Aaaand - ZOMG!!! how did you know 18 was my favorite number??? Awesomeness, it was meant to be mate. The other numbers you want to give me, would they be body measurements or phone numbers..? Or both..just checking.. Tell them to add me on FB. btw TE is referring to the Trance Energy bootleg vids.. the one they have in Juors El recht or how u spell it..
The actual legal age of consent is I believe less important that both people involved in the activity are mature enough to give their consent and that there is no coercsion by either party (such as one who is older than the other). Rather than a fixed age of consent, be it 9, 12, 16, or 21; I think there should be a sliding legal scale starting at about 12 where provided the other partner was within a year or two of whoever was over 12, that would not be illegal, but it would be illegal for a 16 yo to have sex with a 12 yo. As the age of the younger participant rises, so the age range allowable would also increase (so perhaps a 16 yo with a 25 yo would be okay), and at probably 18 then any older age would be allowed. That makes more sense as you're never going to stop young people having sex together, but should do as much as possible to ensure they are of similar age (to prevent them being exploited by a more experienced older person). One other thing I would also say is that the AoC must be equal regardless of the gender of those involved, unlike in some countries which still have different ages for heterosexual and homosexual activity (and indeed some where homosexual activity is still discouraged regardless of age).
I agree with this. I hate how rap now aday is just all about sex. I refuse to listen to it. Black eyed peas seem to be the only group that isnt all about sex that I've heard of.
The problem is that if this sort of mild sexual insinuation, or whatever you'd call it, was to get censored... soon there'd be no end to what could get censored and/or banned, and a police state would be right around the corner.
