Prove it in court. He wasn't even indicted for 9/11. He received a quick death and is more likely to become a martyr for the jihadists. That doesn't prove it and he has also denied it...KSM was tortured, so he is unreliable. There are plenty of people who tries to take credibility for murdering someone, and him being behind 9/11 (which I believe he was, but perhaps not alone) gives credibility for AQ.

Before ***** leadership were executed they faced trials and the nazis were a much more deadly foe than AQ can ever hope to become. These days that trial part is skipped more and more. I don't like this "development", we can't just assume that someone is guilty and be judge, jury and executioner. If USA had a case against him, it should follow that Osama would at the very least have been indicted, we've been told over and over again that the evidence was overwhelming. So a trial should have been easy... But this is the same world which was sold the WMD myth in Iraq. And seriously, how many jihadists wants to get captured, be in long trials and sit in cells?
