Hello! My mobo (gigabyte Z97X-Gaming3) using ALC 1150. Yesterday i updated Windows to new May 2019 also Realtek was updated to some new 8xxx branch. Everything looks fine, but every program show message with audio problem. Windows troubleshooting said: Audio services not responding. I had this since i bought my PC, on Win7 and now on every Win10 since 1607 i guess. The only one working Realtek HD audio Driver is 7727 version. Every newer have issue which i described above. It's really weird to me, so i have a one question. Why?
You should be careful to not install UAD drivers instead of legacy ones. Old motherboards have audio controllers not supported by UAD drivers (or poorly supported).
For your mobo you need HDA driver version -> FF10 Generic with Creative audio effect support. Download last Generic XXXX__FF0C_FF00_FF01_FF03_FF04_FF06_FF10_PGxxx_Win10_RS3_RS4_RS5_19H1_Win7_WHQL.rar LINK, unzip FF10 version from this .rar install it and then,if you use it, install Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi MB3.
