when did you start using this forum?
I joined up 05-13-2004, I lurked for a few years prior to joining the forums. So 8 almost 9 years ago.
bout the same, browsed for a few years then signed on in 06 so bout 8 or 9 years also
Started lurking around 2004 (mainly for downloads and modded drivers) then finally joined in 2007. So around 9yrs.
Never ever thought I'd be involved enough to have the 2nd highest post count on the forum (WhiteLighting is #1).
Lurking on and off since 2001 or 2002 .. I first started visiting here after checking out the review for the geforce 3. Damn .. did Hilbert take down the old articles after the site redesign? I glanced at that old review for nostalgia's sake when I signed up!
Everything that was in a MySQL database has been converted/migrated and thus preserved. So starting from 2003 and upwards all articles are still there but that is a miss for GeForce 3 yup.
The History of Guru3D.com Part II:
Joined 10-27-2003. Lurked for a couple years prior. My post count isn't massive because I generally only post well thought out things *cough* thats how I explain it anyway lol
10-13-2006 Been lurking few years prior to joining
It's better than nothing That old Sparkle made Geforce 3 is still running on my dad's old Windows XP machine! I love that card!
No S3 Savage series? I had one of those and was super jealous of folks with geforce and voodoo cards running the hot games at awesome frame rates
Why did you not just say 8 years??
Ive been here many years.. This it was around 2003 I first came here maybe 2004. So almost 10 years
02-13-2006 lurking since I have no idea.
A long time. Don't post half as much lately though.
2003 or 2004, first account was banned (justly) in a heated topic that several others were banned in (AdairFett anyone?).
Been a member since 2004 but in the early part, I wasn't active much til years later.
I joined in July 2008....but I've been "lurking" since the forums came online.
N00bs... n00bs the lot of you.
Where are my real oldtimers at? (except for you Hilbert, you don't count!)
