beta was horrible ye...
handling was very bad, i don't know if developers listened to our numerous topics on handling and did anything to it.
I'm big Fan of first TDU... I still hope the second one will be worth playing :|

 

Played this on the XBOX. Terrible, terrible game. TDU was a lot better.

I had a place in the beta but could never catch the servers up at the right time. I'm still looking forward to this regardless.

 

That's exactly what a friend of mine told me.
I gave up the beta, after posting on the offcial servers many times a couple of tings that i didn't liked, like the fact that the car felt weightless, and other hanling things..
I tell you guys one thing, i ain't buying this until i try it out.

 

Having just played 30 minutes of this 'game' I can honestly say Im not going to be playing it again. Im uninstalling it and moving on with my life.

 

just tried out the game.

pretty much the same what we saw in beta.
they didn't listen to anyone about handling, or perhaps it was too late to make radical changes to physics model :|

first one was great game, really enjoyed it. but this is just garbage in all aspects

They build TDU2 from scratch, would be better if they just improved first one, engine, physics added island and some new features...

 

i was getting this just to try it out, i stopped it after 5 mins after all the great comments im reading ... sad. i had high hopes for it! the first one was alot of fun online with a few friends.

 

looks like a turd, the beta was horrible, i was in the closed beta for the first but the second beta concentrated on all the crappy social aspect stuff and the devs never bother listening to any of the feedback

social aspect??? this aint the freakin sims! i'm glad i decided not to waste my bandwidth, and especially glad i didnt buy it right off the hop like i did with the first one ... "social game" WTF! i want a racing game not some kiddy socail BS.

Sorry guys, but they forgot to add suspension to cars so all cars have identical steering LAG which is = 0.0000000s, all cars have identical softness of suspension (lack of it actually) height = 0.0 and don't be fooled that car is moving form one side to other its just animation, its not real. Sound in game is rubbish above engine sound the rest is unbearable. Graphics dint change at all because NOW WE HAVE..... DX9
The last thing i should mention is the title. What it says is "test drive..." what it should say is "test ..."

 

a CLAN friend asked me. Mr.Bigtime, why on earth u keep buying games and u dont play them..

i told him: i am the support of the game developers..i buy a game..play it like its a DEMO and then throw it away..yeah...

 

This game looks SICK in Nvidia 3D WOOW ...

Man not seen a game trashed like this in ages, worth checking it out just to see how bad it is.

I liked the first game, and they should have had an ideal base to build on...

Had a look at the youtube videos and the handling looks shocking... like they have gone back to the late 90's Test Drive games lol. :bang:
