    My results much like some1's

With the 4.7's my 3DMARK2003 score increased by 393 points to 9313. Everything is at default.

Haven't done any gaming yet, but I hope that UT04 is just a little bit smoother in the Onslaught levels.

Does anybody know where the hell the Overdrive tab is? I looked all over in Display Properties and it ain't there!

They seem not to shabby, I can't tell the difference between 4.6 though. 3 hours straight of ET with 4.7 which seem fine.

Not to keen on the TAA setting, atleast can switch that off.

Overdrive tab is only available to owners of XT cards.

It maybe possible to softmod your card to 16 pipelines, x800 XT performance, I flashed a friends Club3D x800 Pro with a Gigabyte x800 XT Bios, and sure enough, he now has a XT, ok, the vpu is 10mhz slower than the XT's 520, but man, that card was soooo much faster!

    I did a quick 3dmark check.

    Cat 4.6

    3dmark2001SE: 11481 p
    3dmark2003: 3660 p

    Cat.4.7
    3dmark2001SE: 11546 p
    3dmark2003: 3672 p

Well it's not a huge boost, but the fact remains, they do give a small performance increase.

Going to try some games later.

don't expect much change with cards older than X800's
that's what ATI is focusing on right now ... ATI strikes back!

Now I'm waiting for some website to benchmark the market's top cards again using Cats 4.7 for the X800's.

I don't know if it's just me but when I do benchmark through 3dmark2003 I get some weird IQ problems at game test 3 (you know, the girl with the sword...) the windows consists of LARGE pixels and so does her arm and sword at times. Otherwise I haven't had any problems so far (but 0 % performance increase here). Was just wondering if anyone has similiar problems and know how to fix them.

Yes, I have the same problem in GT3 - "Trols Lair". But I don't care becouse everything else runs smooth without problems.

Overdrive Tab is available on my Control Panel and I have an X800 Pro. So, you don't need an XT only.
