512MB HIS X1800XT stock heatsink air

I m limited in OC by freeze, driver 5.12 official

    3Dmark 05: 10'369. http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=1576780
    3Dmark 03: 19'408 http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k3=4483435

if someone know the solution with ATI for force pass beyond the freeze point?
Voltage increase? i can' t understand why.. The only thing pehraps is the PSU, i have 4 Radiators for the watercooling with a total of 13fans 120mm, many leds front LCD etc.. and the X1K take a lot it self, i have no problem when stock OC (700/800, flashed saphire bios), but after 740/830( and sometimes 730/820)
3D' 05 crash.. ( display "freezing") no corruption or artefact, just this problem..lol
    anyone have a idea?

is it normal for ATI tool to see artifacts, because even at my stock speed 500/500 it still sees some artifacts with ATI tool

It s cause the ATI tool don't set the right voltage, it set lower and Overcloker tool too... you need increase the voltage for stock voltage at minimum. note the ATi tool show you the 2Dclock..
little tips for OC, you need: disable the ATI SMART and Hotkey poller in the service windows ( administration tools -> services ) then you need use the Overclocker tool for OC with 2D clock ( not ATI-tool), and set the right votage with ATI-Tool before change the clock. In real you can use the 3D clock of the Overcloker tool version X1K, if the ATI SMART is not disabled, but you will be certainly quick limited by the voltage need of the Core and memory.

All this software are not fully compatible right now and bug, so you need make this tweaks or use the Override of CCC...

Hmm little update 10'627, link ORB 3d' 05:http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=1597438

It s not an easy card to OC... In my case i ask me if i don't wanna change my PSU...( i need pull of some fans, and mod a PSU for wire the radiators fans ( 13 fans in all)
i have sometimes crash during 3Dmark with a "nice" message of alert: " The display have changed"..lol can i think the speed core or memory have not be keep? have change during the bench?

hope just don't burn the card like the 9700 and 2x 9800...
