"Back to the Future" Day has arrived.

In "Back to the Future Part II," Marty McFly travels to October 21, 2015, to save his children, yet to be born in "Back to the Future's" 1985.

What did 'Back to the Future II' get right?

The predictions of "Back to the Future II" are hit or miss: big-screen flat TVs, yes, Mr. Fusion, no; virtual-reality goggles, yes, "Jaws 19," no.

    What more gurus ?

"We don't need wheels" Turns out you still do, sadly.

Nike are making these though. Auto self lacing, just like in the movie.

Woohoo! The future of the past is now! Great Scott!

As a huge BTF fan, today I'm attending a local 3Day 30th Year anniversary screening of the movies.

Today is gonna be a heavy! :D

It's a shame that actually, at the time they arrived in the future, it's already the early morning hours of the 22nd here (if you take Hilldale's filming location of California as where they landed), it'd be 03:29am on the 22nd here.

Yeah saw that. I don't think they expect anyone to actually drink it. If you want to know what Pepsi Perfect tastes like, with it's use of 'real sugarcane sugar', just drink Pepsi anywhere else in the world apart from the US. Only the US are stupid enough to insist on using high fructose corn syrup despite it's health related issues. Industry is too strong no doubt.

That said, even though sugarcane sugar isn't as bad for you as high fructose corn syrup, it's typically highly processed white sugar that is used. White sugar is very unhealthy as well. Considering that Marty insisted on Pepsi and other drinks without sugar in it, you would have thought Pepsi would go out of their way to make the perfect drink.

So, ideally Pepsi Perfect should actually be sweetened with a blend of Stevia and Logicane sugar. Logicane sugar is a special low GI (yes, low GI) sugar made from raw sugar with extracts of molasses (where white sugar is extremely heavily refined from). When mixed with water it looks a bit like a very weak tea, but the colour doesn't matter since Pepsi etc are basically the same colour but darker.

Anyways, maybe they could take on that concept and call it Pepsi Ideal or something :).

Flying cars a big no. Whether or not the Cubs has won the World series has yet to be determined. Sports Almanac with all results of all sporting events from here to the end of the Century or however that line went a big no from my knowledge.

A Pizza Hydrator a big no.

Clothes that self fit and self dry a huge NO!.
