    Post screen Goes Good,
BUt i dont get my Multi Boot screen to VIsta and Xp?

In Morning , I was in Bios Setup. I changed the DRAM FREQUENCY to 800 Mhz, when i was changing the FSB values, the values in DRAM FREQUENCY automatically started changing with the change in FSB. I changed the FSB to 425 and DRAM FREQUENCY changed from 800 to 850?

    why this happend
and Is 850 from RAm is Safe?

Because you have FSB and Memory frequency "linked", the latter will increase as you increase your FSB. In fact, if I left both linked on my mobo, with FSB at 425 the memory frequency would go much higher than 850 Mhz (about 900 or more). I have a different mobo than you, but both are ASUS. So, check in FSB/Memory if you can "unlink" them. I have that option in my P5N32-E SLI but maybe you don't. Anyway, 850 Mhz for the memory frequency is safe except the brand of your memory is pure crap.

I guess that how you have your FSB at 445, your memory frequency might be at 890 Mhz now. If your memory has a renowned brand (Kingston, OCZ, etc.), it is likely not too high, but watch it if you want to go higher in case you canNOT unlink FSB/Memory frequency.

And watch Vcore too as my mobo in AUTO tends to increase the voltage insanely (around 1.58 V!) when there is overclocking.
