If you have used them both, which one you prefer and why? I have only used Y'z dock so need info about OD. thanks.
Well I haven't tried Y'z Dock, but I'll tell you about ObjectDock. Pro's ------ - Fast - Smooth (with acceptable video card) - Large icon support - Transparent Settings, many differnt skins Cons ------ - Very annoying (in some games) will alt-tab you out when you point the mouse to where ObjectDock resides, so you have to close it before running the certain games (you'll know when it happens).
I'd use the ObjectDock, Y'z dock was just very...it didn't feel like the Mac's dock, it felt almost static in a way (mighta been because configuring it was hard, nothing like the ObjectDock, which is a dream to use overall).
I prefer objectdock over all others because it offers always on bottom, so games dont get minimized when i go near it... i also found OD was a little smoother and less jumpy
