Nah, it's the new version. I just forgot to increment the version number.
    It's fixed now.
    Thanks for the heads up!

Hello! Thanks for the great app.
Got question - besides of recommended (already selected in app) components I do need to pick something to have working RTX features? I've got 2070 GPU.
And in About menu there is still version 0.1, not 0.10 (0 is missing or version there is stuck for some time ;) ).
    Thank you in advance.

    Absolutely stunning tool !
    Huge thanks !

Would anyone know if GFE and "GFE streaming service" are necessary for local streaming nvenc with softwares such as moonlight or parsec ?
    Anyway, thanks a lot :) !

Latest drivers are 452.06 and I had no issue installing them.
    Has anyone else had problems?

Thanks Fabian Gude for your donation. :)

No issue here with the latest drivers & all the previous ones. Your app rules uKER.

I was able to get rid of some low-level cpu thrashing using this utility.
Before using this utility i experienced this on two cores, was the nvidia container:

My bro will be grabbing this later to use, what does he need ticked apart from Core Display Driver, Install Core and PhysX? I'm asking as he uses 2 monitors and I wasn't sure if anything else needs to be added as well.

    TIA

I apologize if this has been answered already but I have two lingering questions.

Does the latest version of this utility work with the newest drivers (456.38)?
Do I need to remove my current drivers first (e.g. DDU), or does this process take care of this automatically?

Nvslimer and DDU are two different programs.
One helps you to lighten the Nvidia driver (nvslimer) and the other helps you to do a clean install (ddu).

    1- Nvslimer with last driver
    2- DDU without internet
    3- Install new "slim" driver

Hello, I also apologize if this has been answered, I created an account just for this:
What is the minimum selection to use Shadow Play offline screen recording ? [main question]
also can I add some more functions later through nvslimmer ? For example, the first time I installed only the Required and let's say Audio Driver, can I later a second time use this tool and select required and additionally install PhysX etc. ? does it not mess up the first installation ?

    To answer your second question.

NVslimmer creates a new smaller installation file that follows the same rules as the original, just without those elements you dont select.
You can create an installer with PhysX and HD Audio and choose, as normal, whether to install those using the standard NVidia method of a Custom (advanced) installation.

But note, as with the standard installation, nothing has changed. If that were to mess with your original setup, so will this.
It is simply a smaller version using the same NVidia dialogues with the same minimum requirements.
There is no method of just adding PhysX etc as a separate installer, it must be installed with the driver as per normal.

After installing driver 456.55 via nvslimmer, I wasn't able to use msi. ().
I then installed via nvcleanstall and it worked fine.
Both times I just enabled it in the registry, but in the first scenario I saw (and heard) it wasn't working. If it's not enabled the sound via HDMI on my TV is crackly.
