well it took a few months but nv seemed to beat/even ati on most cards in price to performance.

I wonder what type of card is GT212 that will cover performance an enthusiast segment, included GTX 295.

Can be this card the rumored 200 core with DDR5 ?

I know that 300 core is coming with DDR5, but you cant reach the performance of GTX295 with a 200 core and DDR3, so ...

Q4 2009? Bah! I might end up buying a 200 series then, I probably would have already if they didn't cost twice as much here.

The GT200 memory controller only supports GGR3 which is why the 295 is coming out with GGR3 instead of GGR5. My bet is Nvidia wont move into DDR5 until the GT300 is launched.

Well good to know the GT200 will be good for another year.

Well, If they dont improve the card and launch with 200 core and DDR3, at high clocks, as a enthusiast card then the GT212 can be the fool and no sense launch of 09.

Becouse it will be release in Q2, when 200 core (56nm) is still powerfull in GTX295 and GTX290 cards, then in Q4 GT300 will be launched taking place in performance and enthusiast segment.
