Does anyone know how can i activate FXAA and/or Ambient Occlusion in Prototype? Thanks =)
I finally got around to Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising and am finding it the most stubborn game to get AA working properly. The in game option and NV profile both provide the same results, where objects in light sources other than the sun aren't affected by AA (deferred). Even forcing super sampling, it ignores the light sources and still manages to super sample the rest of the image. On top of that, the SMAA and FXAA injectors don't work with the game either, they make their logs so I know they detect the .EXE, but other than that it's as if they are doing nothing. ENB works with the game though, so it's not rejecting all 3rd party dll's apparently. Then finally, I tried the NV FXAA, and it doesn't work either, can't even get the green dot. As an FYI, it's the EGO engine that is used in GRID and DIRT 2.
Anyone have any ideas?
Is driver based FXAA disabled/broken in 290.53? Can't seem to get it work.
Appears to be from one of these recent Inspector updates, as I can turn it on in 220.127.116.11, but turning it on in 18.104.22.168. has no effect.
Hmm wonder if a fix is in the works?
is there any update on SMAA side ? still the latest version is 1.2 i guess.

(if something can be done with Largest Address Aware settings for 64bit Windows, there is a problem when playing SWTOR and using FXAA/SMAA).

Whenever you see FXAA/SMAA injecting but notice no effect ingame, disable the ingame AA and try again. I had this issue in DoW 2 and it was only after I disabled ingame AA that the FXAA (and other effects such as saturation) worked.
