    Extract the files...
Just copy DX9 content to dx9 game where the exe is located and you're good to go :) and DX10 can be used to dx10 or dx11 games..
And don't use MSI afterburner, just use fraps if you want to check fps or taking screenshots.

^preferably yes, but as for me using SMAA v1.0 (SMAA v1.1 doesn't let the game start ??) ingame AA and inection of it work together.

SMAA or FXAA works fine with AA :D

I played Skyrim with SMAA+2xAA and its the best combo (also it doesnt take a perf. hit). 2XAA eliminates those distant jaggies while SMAA smooths it further.

I tried the SSAA and FXAA injectors and don't think they work very well in Trackmania 1, still getting lots of jaggies. I prefer the in game 8x AA.
Am I supposed to change other AA settings too?

Any risk of getting banned from VAC / PB enabled games for this? Considering there are custom .dlls

It's code injection, so definitely a possibility. Someone in this thread has already said that it would kick/ban you from PB protected servers. Not sure whether they confirmed that by trying, or just summised due to how the injector and PB both work.

I'm sticking to SP only and non cheat protected MP titles, not even going to try and use this with BF3, as I don't fancy a ban, or even a kick. I always keep it clean, even though technically this awesome injector (SMAA and FXAA are both completely harmless) is perfectly benign.

Ive been using the FXAA injector with Battlefield 3 since release and have had no problems with Punkbuster.

any way to combine multiple d3d dlls? using other d3d on the same game. ENBseries allows multiple d3d dlls but some other mods wont allow it...

i know it works in dx9 mode, i dont know about dx11.
Add -dx9 to shortcut and copy the injector dx9.dll to the bin32 folder and the shader files to the root directory.

does a good job with edges but there is still massive amounts of shimmering going on all over the place and it wasn't worth the fps hit on my 4870s.

Wow FXAA 4.0 looks amazing. Cant wait till its released. It should just be a matter of copy and pasting the new code into the shader.h file.

Cool, hopefully I reach to finish the GUI before that :)

Uploaded start of my source code, can enable/disable the individual shaders and read/write the info to config.

FXAA Post Process Injection Tool SVN

You will need Visual Studio or another supporting IDE with .Net 4, or take the FXAA_Tool.exe and injFX_Shaders folder from the DEBUG FOLDER to test.

Removing the actual settings from current config and adding an additional include to the new config will make it work with current FXAA PPI as well.

I will not put a compiled ready to use version up before I got every user setting added and working, so don't even ask. :)

There is a (not fully functional) preview available under files thou.
