I get that they want to show off the RTX features, but I'd much rather play Resident Evil 2 Remake, or Devil May Cry 5...

I'd happily trade you the codes for either of those, once I get them, for Anthem. :D

Seems like the weak sales on the RTX series is taking its toll.
BTW nvidia lost 40% of its value these last 5 months... insane

That's more to do with the mining collapse excess 1000s inventory. More an issue with unrealistic shareholders than what Nvidia are selling at the moment.

How is bundling a game showing off the new tech equal poor sales?

Bundling is meant to encourage sales. you don't need it when your hardware is selling strong.

True, still usually after a new series is lauched we see a nice share gain. this is not the case for RTX.
and 2060 looks to be like Nvidia is trying very hard to push RTX for consumers. this card makes the 2070/2080 look horrible in terms of value.

This can be said about anyone buying new card and get no bundle, unlike others who buy it little later and get games :-(

That may be one reason but many of these companies enter these agreements long before sales numbers are known. Hell EA could have requested it because Battlefield 5 has been selling like garbage and the feedback from Anthem wasn't all that great either.

Maybe, just wrote my take on this. RTX adoption is slow and the series is not welcomed it seems (Compared to previous gens like Pascal and Maxwell which were very successful)
