No, that's the right way to say it.

They are only keeping my attention because I am hoping more and more that Fermi is no where near as powerful as they want us to believe. Normally I wouldn't care, but the way nVidia has managed everything to do with Fermi is a joke.

They need a serious kick up their ass.

damn there is nobody at guru3D who could attempt a masked robbery of the card at that conference and post some benchmarks : P ?

it wouldnt be a robbery but more like an advertisment for Nvidia :D

Yeah .... patience = not possible ATM

I'm buying a new computer when these things come out, and they better offer 20+% performance over my current card (and I'm looking for a single card configuration this time!)

I was hoping to see a framerate on that video. But now I am sullen and disappointed. :(

    So we learned nothing.

Some hearsay about performance that went unproven.

Showing a DX9 game across three screens, well a slide of it.

But I did like the part when he put on the 3D glasses, thought I was watching Comedy Central, people just clapped less and less as the conference went on.

Wow, from all the people up there you are telling me that no one see any framerates and post on internet???

No random guy was interested, no leak????

    What a logic is this??

It is completely... i can't find the right word.

Well they took the framerate counter from the top right, but its not hard to speculate.

From what i can deduce from that youtube video, at least in comparison to my rig at that point in the vid (when running a Q6600 and 5870 at stock) the GF100 was producing better frames.

People have already said he was switching between DX11, DX10, tessellation on and off, nothing to able to compare anything with.

We still have a couple of more days at CES hopefully some real numbers come out of it.

Well that demo definately wasn't in real time then because you can't switch between shader models while the demo is running, it needs to be restarted.

Already been talked about also, some are saying its a pre-recorded demo and that is what the small stutters are.

But again couple of more days maybe a real number or two come out.
