Well these drivers sucks. Fresh install on Xp on my main gaming system, ( same applys on my secondary one ) and:

The Good news: It fix the resolution problem with Riddick
The Bad news: Riddick framerate is lower than it should be. Also Bloodstone is stuttering like crap, 10,20,50,60,30,10,1,0, 2, ugh.

So i am going back to the 265.90, seems to be the best driver so far. Oh well, guess i will stay away from the 266 drivers, and hope the 270 drivers are great. But the 265.90 rock!

man when you install a different driver, from the one you were using from the start, there is a conflict seems like it, now games are running like crap with the 265.90 drivers. I am just going to do a fresh install on both rigs and keep the 265.90, for a very long time. Bloodstone was moving at 50-60 frames all the time, but ever since install these crap ass 266. drivers, and when i uninstall them, and install the 265.90 back, bloodstone has massive slowdown and other stuff.

    peace

Did you run a driver cleaner/sweeper, as going backwards with a driver does tend to cause issues if anything is left over.

So far these have been fine for me. The games I tried ran without an error, performance was ok (nothing new and no improvements since 265.90).

Wondering about the 2fps loss in cinebench and the rapid fall of heaven points after it was always ~900.

Got some black textures in Just Cause #2 Benchmark, and "later" texture loading as normal.
In Benchmark #3 i had a few weird texture fragments on some buildings - never saw them there before.

I did not test some games yet, time to go to bed now ;)

No problems here, but I didn't noticed any difference compared to 266.44, except that the 3D profiles are outdated.

Has the AA bug, which caused games to crash with settings above 4x with v266.35 and v266.44, been fixed in these drivers?

If not then I'll stick with the v266.44 ones I have installed and continue waiting for fixed betas or, better still, a WHQL release.
