Hello, so recently https://prnt.sc/nudj25 i found this pic on the internet people telling that force off/delay flip by flip better than default and it reducest input lag/stuttering, witch option should i go for? and i also got different options on my different versions of inspector for excample https://prnt.sc/nudkue , and https://prnt.sc/nudks2.
OR should i keep it default? even tho default is stuttering and game feels slow and laggy?

Playing only CS:GO professionaly, can tradeoff stuttering and choppyness for input lag/delay

If you aren't using Vsync or Gsync for CS Go just cap your framerate in game at something your system can keep without drops.

Like 128 FPS. Any recent system should be able to handle that fine. I remember a GTX 460 being able to handle 120FPS at 1600x900 without much issue (CPU issues aside). So I think a 960 should do fine at like 1080p.
Also set pre-rendered frames to 1.

Don't use Nvidia Inspector to cap your framerate, RTSS is much more effective, it creates less input lag and is better at giving even frametimes, see here:
