Badaboom is not yet finished and thus in development. We're keeping a close eye on it. Can't distribute the version we have though, sorry.

i think i'll pass on this one. i'm afraid my FPS would drop significantly using this with my 8800GT.

If I keep my 8800GTS and up-grade to a 260 can I use the 8800 just for PhysX?

    Yes.

At the moment, no. It may be possible in the future, but nvidia has not mentioned it in any of today's releases.

    Some answers to some questions:
    • PhysX will be enabled for any GeForce graphics card that will support CUDA, yes thus series 8 and newer.
    • Once finalized you could use a second GeForce card as dedicated PhysX unit yes, but it's work in progress and there is no available ETA on when that is going to happen. But it will be possible yes (according to NVIDIA's PhysX team).
