Although NVIDIA and AMD are fierce competitors, interestingly NVIDIA’s CEO Jen-Hsun Huang is the uncle of AMD’s CEO Lisa Su. Although this information has been posted recently in the Wikipedia, it wasn’t well-known outside of Taiwan.
Nvidia founder Huang Renxun (Jensen Huang) came from Tainan, and has a relative relationship with Su Zifeng (Lisa Su).
Su Zifeng’s grandfather and Huang Renxun’s mother are brothers and sisters
Technically, Lisa Su’s grandfather is Jen-Hsun Huang’s uncle. They are not exactly niece and uncle, but close relatives.

AMD has a long way to go. I doubt they even talk but this info is very interesting.

This means it's just another monopoly, like everything else.

Green vs Red "fanboyism", controlled wars, it's nothing new when you're sitting amongst the top of the "economic food chain" laughing at the consumer pawns separating themselves for e-peen satisfaction in a made up universe of 1's and 0's, only held up by a hard line.

After all these years, God-Rays were supposed to be DX10 but "graphic geeks" found a way to get it with DX9 and they couldn't give us "realistic" reflections until now? What? Ten years in the making? For that?

Yes I enjoy gaming on my PC fyi...just calling it out for what it is, peace out.

    Nothing special.
We are almost 8 billion and the 2 CEOs of the 2 biggest companies who are battling and leading the GPU market are related. Not just some far away thing but one of their grandparents are brother and sister. What are the odds?

What matters isn't if they are related. What matters is any there is any truth behind the conspiracy. Besides being distantly related, there's nothing.

I am not sure there is as much battling as we would LOVE to think, see, this is what's going to happen.... AMD are allowing Nvidia to raise GPU prices ASTRONOMICALLY, people completely accepting because 'lack of competition, what do you expect?' *shells out £1000 for a mid range GPU*

AMD are doing there own thing, and well, they just fine. And on there return to GPU's, EVEN BETTER!

Now, people are under the TOTAL DELUSION of some big price drop when AMD brings something out... LOL ohhhh no, no, the prices will barely change, AMD will simply be selling there middle of the road crap for £400-500, AMD and Nvidia win, we lose.

Laugh at me now, please do. I can't get any true vision from anyone on this forum. Everyone seems to have had there eyes and ears off for 15 years and a very short memory.

And this post will be long forgotten

Not to mention, a lot of naivety and one or two Nvidia employees.
