You're asking this on a thread that teaches you how to modify the inf yourself. Did you try it?

Hello people, is it possible to modding a Geforce GTX 1060? by using a Quadro drivers?
I remember in the old post of Nvidia INF, the user of the post, he added some pages to taught us how to properly very compatibility between Nvidia Geforce Drivers vs Quadro.

I remember i made it possible on my GTX 580, using a Quadro driver 5000? or something don't remember xD
Now after some years, i don't know how to check the compatibility of Current Geforce gtx 1060 vs compatibility of Quadro? dunno if was the core name? i dont remember.

    Thanks for your time.

Isn't using a Studio package essentially the same as using the Quadro driver?

Are you asking if you can modify a Quadro driver to install on your Geforce card? If so, then yes you can, you're currently looking at the thread that tells you how to do that.
But if you are instead asking if you can transform your Geforce card into a Quadro card, the answer is no. In fact, that's the first thing I said in the OP.

How to find out the appropriate section number for a video card? Nvidia changes them from time to time.
    Code:
    %NVIDIA_DEV.1004% = SectionXXX, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1004
If in one version of the driver on the spot XXX there was one number, then on another it may change.

Hello this is my 1st post and some expert help is needed please - :)

I've done an install of XP64 on a modern motherboard or two or three !!! - The one here is an X79 Rampage IV Extreme. I've put a GTX 1050 Ti as the GPU - I've followed this tutorial as well as I can and have nearly got an install but there is a problem.

The driver hasn't installed properly but the GTX 1050 Ti is seen in the device manager - Also the nVidia control panel has not installed - nView has installed but can't be accessed.

I was going to upload an image but can't find an option to do this so I will explain. The GTX_1050_Ti data was inserted near the bottom of the inf file.

The other data was inserted near the top for the DEV & VEN but there was some confusion as to the correct "section" as the 1C82 was only found on windows 10 paste bin (not on the other)__

    I've tried 3 different XP64 nvidia drivers

It should be possible to do this as I've come this far - Is it 100% possible? (eg_not_incompatible_to_modification?)__

    Summary__

NVIDIA_DEV.1C82 = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti" --- at the bottom of the INF

    %NVIDIA_DEV.1C82% = section002, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C82___near the top

    and some confusion

    %NVIDIA_DEV.1C82% = win10adesktop, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1C82

So thanks for the tutorial it could be really great if this is possible as I've got other cards to do too! - Please assist without causing too much confusion as it is quite complicated until it is final and all the steps are known. - Thanks

My question is can one use this technique to convert a P1000 to a 1050 Ti to get GeForce Experience to Optimize games? Quadro Experience requires an RTX or later GPU.

I have gone back to Windows 7 now from Windows 10, i cannot get the modded inf to work, i followed the guide, but i cannot find the gtx 1060 card on the old gpu id list, only the new one, i have also tried to get text from other inf that i know work.
I have a laptop from 2013 (clevo) where i have put in a gtx 1060 card that is working great, i just need the driver 445.75 driver to work.

    doesn't seem to work?
    https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/163245/en-us
i tried with this driver and the one before it on windows server 2016 with a 1080ti and says failed just before install process begins after you select all your options and the rest is automated is there another bypass or?
    i used these two
    NVIDIA_DEV.1B06 = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti"
    %NVIDIA_DEV.1B06% = Section094, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1B06
last regular driver to work has vulkan 1.1
    442.19-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql
last beta to work has vulkan 1.2
    441.99_geforce_win10_64bit_international
    https://drivers.softpedia.com/get/G...cs-Vulkan-1-2-Driver-441-99-Beta-64-bit.shtml
regular drivers after these two the installer exe will not even start even with driver signatures disabled
the quadro drivers start but fail during install
should i try a windows 7 driver or? is there any difference from 7 to 10 drivers?
i regret buying nvidia card, the card has no value if all it can run is windows home due to artificial restrictions set by nvidia

Sounds like you're passing the compatibility check, and I'm not aware of any limitation on what GPU works on Server 2016. I'm pretty sure your OS install is borked. Try DDU?
