NVIDIA GeForce4 - reduce noise

    I have NVIDIA GeForce4 (ti 4200) graphics card.
    Can i use Rivatuner or other software to reduce the noise level?

    Or do you recommend new hardware?

    You cannot. NVIDIA started using software controlable fans since GeForce FX 5800 family.
